What is Pets Buy C.J.N. all about?
We’re a small, passionate pet supply business dedicated to “Making your pet’s life better one treat at a time.” We hand-pick healthier, high-quality pet products at prices you can feel good about.
Where are you located?
We’re proudly based in Pensacola, Florida, and you can find us both online and in-person at local flea markets and pop-ups!
Do you sell in person?
Yes! Come visit us at select local flea markets to see and feel our products in person. Follow us on social media to see where we’ll be next.
Shipping Information
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states.
How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via USPS Ground Advantage, First Class, or Priority Mail)

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We pass along our Shopify shipping discounts to keep costs low.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! If you’re in the Pensacola area, reach out—we might be able to work something out.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you (and your pet!) to be happy. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most unused, unopened items.
How do I request a return?
Visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond as quickly as possible with instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

If it’s a regular return, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened treats, food, or consumables

Used toys or grooming products

Custom or clearance items (marked final sale)
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Order Issues
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what now?
First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing after 2 business days, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Send us a photo of the issue on the contact page within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
